If you have any questions on shipping not covered on this page please refer to the contact us page and we will get back to you, with your enquiry as soon as possible.

We normally operate a 3-5 Business day shipping schedule in Mainland UK addresses, this will be extended for European and Worldwide delivery addresses. Please bear in mind that holiday and peak times could have an impact on your planned shipment, this includes Bank Holidays.


Our delivery charges are as follows:

  • Mainland UK: FREE Signed for Delivery.
  • Mainland Europe: FREE Tracked and Signed.
  • International : FREE Tracked and Signed.

CUSTOMS - Its the buyers responsibility to check with your country's customs office to determine if there are any charges and fees for receiving international packages prior to purchasing. Maramaia does not take responsibility for these possible additional charges.

Order cut off times:

We have a 13:00 Hrs (GMT) cut off time for orders depending on stock availability, any orders placed after this time will be processed the next business working day. We operate a Monday to Friday working week, not including Bank Holidays and Public Holidays as mentioned above.

Delivery Address:

Please ensure that the correct name and address is used for shipments as any mistakes will be the buyers responsibility to have the delivery re-scheduled at their expense and we do not take any liability for lost items in this situation. We normally ship items requiring a signature to make sure we have delivered orders as required- if you have any enquiries especially on international addresses please contact us prior to ordering and we will discuss delivery options for your location.

Refunds and Returns:

If you are eligible for a refund we will refund you back to the method of payment you used when you originally paid for your order. Please note: it is your responsibility to advise us of any changes to your credit card details i.e. you no longer have that account. Refunds can take up to 30 days to process and once processed may take up to five days to appear on your account depending on credit card issuer.

Where necessary items should be returned in their original packaging and 'as new' to the Despatch Depot (issued with a RMA). Please use the contact us page to start this process.

Before returning any items you must acquire a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. This number should be quoted on all correspondence, and a covering note should be included with your returned item(s) quoting your name, your order reference, a contact telephone number and your RMA number.

Items returned without a valid RMA number will be returned to you at your cost.
